With the outbreak of covid-19/corona virus, we have been advised to stay in to avoid and prevent the spread of the virus, one of the very least things one can do. We have made a grocery list for you, very basic essentials with respect to our diet and healthy living.

  • Fresh Natural Juice (keep frozen until needed)
  • Rolled Oats
  • Peanut Butter
  • Vinegar (for washing fruits and vegetables)
  • Fresh oranges, lemons, apples
  • Sea Salt
  • Coconut Oil (for cooking, hair, skin, etc)
  • Eggs
  • Sardines, Tuna.
  • Palm Oil
  • Beans
  • Gari
  • Olive Oil
  • Local Brown Rice
  • Organic Honey
  • Raw Cocoa Powder
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Tomatoes (clean and deep freeze until needed)
  • Garden eggs, Okro, Mushrooms, Nkontomire (cook and freeze)
  • Millet Dough (for porridge and swallow)
  • Fresh lean ground beef and chicken breast (keep frozen)
  • Corn Kernels (for homemade popcorn)
  • Fresh Onion, pepper, garlic and ginger (clean, blend individually and freeze to store)
  • Milton tablets for sanitizing
